Ready to get creative, build your acting skills and bring stories to life?
LET'S ACT! is a two-day acting workshop for young people aged 8–14, designed to explore the exciting world of acting and theatre-making in a fun, creative and supportive environment.
Across the two days, participants will develop their acting skills and stagecraft through a range of practical activities, exploring everything from character and script work to improvisation and devising.
Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with different ways of approaching a role, develop their confidence on stage, work with scripts and learn how to create their own characters, scenes and stories. They'll also explore how actors work together as an ensemble to create engaging performances from their own ideas.
The workshop will encourage young performers to take creative risks, think imaginatively and develop their own performance style, while building valuable skills in communication, collaboration and confidence.
