Class Act Theatre Company Juniors brings young people together to explore theatre in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Whether your child is stepping onto the stage for the first time or already loves to perform, they'll find a welcoming place to grow in confidence, develop new skills and make lasting friendships. What To Expect
At Class Act Theatre Company Juniors, every session is designed to be engaging, encouraging and full of energy. Through a mixture of games, practical workshops and production rehearsals, every session helps young performers grow in confidence while developing their acting skills and having fun.

Theatre Company Junior Tutor
Ryan has been a valued member of Class Act Theatre Company since 2021, beginning his journey on stage in Romeo and Juliet before progressing into the adult company and performing in Shakespeare in Love. Through Class Act, he has developed a love for theatre, built lasting friendships, and discovered a passion for inspiring the next generation of young performers.
Ryan believes in the power of using theatre as a tool for self-expression and growth and is devoted to passing on his passion and love for theatre to the students he tutors through creating a fun, welcoming environment where every child feels supported to develop both their acting skills and self-confidence.
Away from rehearsals, Ryan manages the company's website and social media, helping to grow and promote Class Act within the local community. Alongside his work with the company, he is studying for a degree in Theatre and Drama at the University of South Wales, continuing to develop his knowledge and passion for the performing arts.

Emily has been a proud member of Class Act Theatre Company since 2022. She holds a degree in Drama and is a qualified teacher, combining her passion for the performing arts with a strong educational background. Alongside her teaching, Emily has worked professionally across both theatre and television, experiences that continue to inform and enrich her work.
At Class Act, Emily is passionate about helping every student grow in confidence, develop their creativity, and discover a love of performance. She believes theatre provides a unique opportunity for self-expression, teamwork, and personal development, and is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every individual feels encouraged to reach their full potential. Does my child need acting experience?
Absolutely not! Our sessions are designed for all abilities, whether they're completely new to theatre or already love performing.
What age is the group?
Class Act Theatre Company Juniors is open to ages 8-12. The perfect opportunity for young performers to take the stage!
Do parents stay for the session?
We encourage students to be dropped off and enjoy the session in the capable hands of our tutors, however parents can stay with their children for the first session until they are comfortable in the environment.
What should students wear?
We want students to be comfortable and prepared for the sessions they attend. Students can acquire Class Act Theatre Company uniform that is both comfortable and stylish, making them suitably dressed for any workshop. Comfortable footwear is encouraged also.
Can my child try a session first?
Yes! We encourage new members to attend a free taster session before joining.
Will there be performances I can watch?
Yes! Students will work towards one big performance around Easter that all their friends and family can come to watch!
