About Our Youth Acting Classes

Led by experienced tutors and passionate actors Ryan Gluyas and Emily Thomas-Williamson, our young actors work with techniques from a wide range of practitioners, developing their abilities through improvisation, physical theatre, stagecraft and character work.

What to expect from Louise…

With over a decade of experience as a LAMDA tutor, Louise is passionate and dedicated and believes that every student deserves individual training, tailored to their strengths. Known for a fun, compassionate approach and a strong emphasis on student-led learning, Louise creates a supportive space where all students thrive artistically and personally.

Guided by the belief that everyone brings something unique to the stage, Louise tailors each session to encourage confidence, creativity, and authenticity.

Students are well prepared for their exams and receive great results across the disciples of Acting, Musical Theatre and Speaking in Public - a testament to both their talent and the empowering mentorship they’ve received.

Whether you are just beginning or ready for the next big step, Louise is here to inspire, challenge, and cheer you on every step of the way.

LAMDA is available to students from age 7 to adults and there is no upper age limit for adult learners. No experience is necessary.

Public Speaking lessons are available to those who simply wish to brush up their skills or gain confidence in presentation for any speech, whether it be for work, a wedding or dissertations.

    “I started LAMDA in 2021, when I was twelve years old. I remember being nervous the first day as the only performing I had done previously had been musicals but LAMDA inspired my love for acting. LAMDA brought me confidence and a space to create and work on scripts dating back to Shakespeare. Now I am sixteen and heading towards my final grade. LAMDA has opened up opportunities like helping me get into acting college as well as the experiences of working on monologues that has driven my confidence to be able to be on the stage on my own”
